The worst customer service experience. I paid 20 dollars for this fundraiser card. It's buy 1 dominoes pizza get one free. It has their corporate logo. They refused it ? Argued for 15 minutes. They called their "boss". After they spoke on the phone in another language, they still refused me ? I thought I was doing good, spending money for a middle school kids program. Only for these greedy owners to refuse ? Place is a dump. They rip off their own customers at the expense of kids ? I never put 1 Star for food, service, atmosphere. Should be zero.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Ordered the new Spicy Chicken Ranch today. I added green pepper, onion and shredded cheese. Picked up the pizza and drove back to my hotel only to find no chicken, no bacon and no onion. They just made the base and added the extra stuff I wanted. Took it back and they weren’t even sorry about it. Asked for a full refund. Hopefully it comes through.

Ordered from Uber Eats and said order would arrive roughly 20-30mins and the Dominoes was 14mins away from where I lived. I waited for almost 2 hours. Order never arrived and when I went on the Domino's personal tracker, it showed the worker NARAJ all the way out in San Francisco at some car parts place. I was also on hold on the phone for 30+mins on hold and no one bothered picking up.

The quality of these pizzas has gone from bad to worse. Every single pizza was not prepared right, forget about the perfection they are promising. We ordered 5 large pizza with 3 toppings each. There were barely any toppings on some. When I checked the order there at pickup and pointed out, Cashier/Pizzamaker/Manager agrees that there is not enough bell pepper on one but the onions are right amount because he has been doing this for 3 years, but did not offer to correct the error. my last 5 orders, every single one of them were messed up. There is a reason why some restaurants are not getting any business and shutting down. THIS IS ONE OF THOSE. I gave way too many last chances to this location. When I give negative review, usually that means that I let go of such experiences atleast 3 times because it is a business and we are all humans and make mistakes. But this time is way too much. STAY AWAY.

Keep giving this place chances. Tonight I got pizza that had NO SAUCE?! The cheese is attached directly to the crust. (I ordered thin crust and, yes, I checked the receipt… I did indeed order a white sauce.) C’mon guys. For two larges, you want $40 (after $28 in coupons) but want to put $2 at best in toppings on the pizza?
