They mess up my pizza in some significant way legit every time. How hard is a well done thin crust with only cheese? Isn't that like... the most basic?

Worst pizza ever looks like pizza was reheated it was cut unevenly i remembered why i never order from this pizza joint because there pizza always look like crap and reheated

I placed an online order to pick up on my way home from work. I paid for it, the payment went through and I got a receipt. I put my phone down and miss a call from the store trying to confirm my order-- that's never happened. So I call back 2 minutes later only to be told they canceled my order since I didn't answer the phone. He tried to tell me it's because they get prank calls or wrong orders. How could it possibly be a prank call if I online ordered? Also *I* chose the location to pick up from online, I had to confirm that's the location I wanted. The whole exchange was unprofessional.

I can only afford ordering pizza a few times a year for me and my kids but I am disappointed with the pizza everytime.

I had to take a loss on my money I guess it’s cheap with deals because the food is made with poor quality my pizza was not good at all cooked poorly and my other items were not cooked right smh….always check your food and it’s better if you pick up instead of ordering delivery in case you are unsatisfied…I provided pics of the items …
