The best customer service ever i called to get a pizza delivered to my house the person on the phone was so nice and even the delivery girl! The food was hot a fresh and came fast. The pizza was a little expensive but the person on the phone gave me a discount!

Ordered a large extravaganza feast at 8:30 PM and waited until midnight for it to never show up. No updates, no communication, just silence. When I finally called, instead of trying to fix the issue, the staff immediately accused me of canceling the order myself and tried to shift the blame onto me. No apology, no accountability, just raised voices and confusion over the phone. After going back and forth trying to explain what actually happened, they reluctantly agreed to remake the order at 12:50 AM. By that point, I wasn't sure if I still wanted the pizza if it took this much effort. Waiting hours for food is bad enough, but being blamed for the restaurant’s mistake and treated like the problem is unacceptable. Definitely not ordering from here again.

I placed an order totaling over $50 and included a tip. I was notified that my order had been delivered; however, it was never received. When I called to report the issue, the representative was unprofessional, spoke rudely, and disconnected the call. Upon calling back, I was repeatedly placed on hold without resolution. Due to the lack of delivery and poor customer service, I had to send my son to the location to address the situation myself. This experience was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund of my order, including the tip, as the service provided did not meet reasonable expectations.

Worst experience ever from this dominos I always order with dominos. They had hit completed order at 5:13 it was 5:44 I spent over 15 minutes calling trying to check on the status of my food and what was happening no answer. Finally someone answers. They don’t even apologize for the delay give a reasoning simply said yeah we have orders we’re behind but your food will get there. No ETA nothing he said you used your number right yeah okay. Sounded flustered himself. Again if I was receiving my ETA don’t insert a false completed order on your end as a delivery if it’s not actually completed. Answer your phone and at the least apologize or give some reasoning I would have been more empathetic , just kept saying YEAH YOULL GET YOUR FOOD rude employees but the delivery driver ! Sweet felt bad for him i can tell he was really trying he apologized

I’ve ordered from this Domino’s several times. Sometimes they get the order right, sometimes there’s an issue. The most recent issue was they did not include an item we paid for (wings). Upon calling the restaurant multiple times, no one answered the phone. Submitting a claim online does nothing, as this particular store is locally owned so all they do is pass on the comment. I just wanted my money back or the item delivered; not too much to ask for. If you really need to order from here, I recommend carry out so you can verify that all the items are there, but otherwise, avoid! It’s a shame because I’ve had a great delivery driver from this place once, but I don’t plan to use this location ever again.
