I give this place a 0. My pizza order took very long to be delivered. Jennifer the manager is rude and disrespectful. She doesn’t know how to treat customers is horrible in customer service. She doesn’t go by what dominoes offers on website to customers. My pizzas never arrived. They delivered them to wrong address. I called store multiple times no one answered. I had to go in to dominoes to let them know my ordered was left in the wrong doorstep and that I never received my pizza. My mother and son can testify to that. She refused to give me a refund and tried to make me feel at fault after driver denied his responsibility of leaving pizza in wrong home. She blamed me for an order I payed for and never received. Jennifer told workers to go on a break and while it was business hours she closed all the doors and business. I had to sneak in again she was blaming me for something they were at fault for. Spoke to her with no positive outcome. She told me she would call cops on me just for ansking for a refund or the pizzas I payed for. Ended up leaving for my peace.Will be reporting her.Do not go to this store she will steal ur money and refuse a refund if u don’t agree with her way of thinking Horrible!!!!

This place has horrible customer service. Absolutely disgusting. The general manager “Jenny” wouldn’t share the employees name that was rude and disrespectful “beard with glasses” after he ran to the back. We ordered an additionally icing for our cinnamon sticks online and when we arrived they only provide 1 to us. They stated it no longer comes with icing for free? Also, with the promo it states each pizza comes with a slice sauce, I’m so confused because online it states it does come with icing and 1 slice sauce on the coupon. Additionally, after waiting 10-15 minutes for her we asked if she would remake our food as it’s cold because she took long to come up. Also, one of the pizzas is burnt which she wouldn’t have cared. If this is how a general manager is, dominoes you should do better hiring. Additionally, not sharing an employees name to place k na review is horrible service. Food is whack and customer service ridiculous. Guess we will use the one on palm for now on! I also find it so funny, the staff didn’t have any clue about there own coupon 😭

Food texture is gone to low quality. I noticed the taste and texture with cheese and the pan pizza are different.... cheaper quality aka Little Ceasars version?????

Got to see first hand why this place is rated so poorly. I’m literally deleting my app and never ordering dominos again. The store manager, Jennifer, is extremely rude and unprofessional. I couldn’t see my order on the app, so I called in. They confirmed they had it. I get there, and I have to check in on the app. I remind them of the issue, they said they would cancel it. I ask for confirmation of the cancellation, they refuse. I ask if I reorder the food in store, can they hand it to me? They said they have 39 pizzas to make before mine.they give me corporates number, doesn’t work. I ask for more help, Then tell me to leave or they call the police.

The only thing I can say is this place is consistent. The last couple times I have ordered the food was horrible. The Manager Jennifer is so rude and has no people skills nor knows the meaning of customer service. When you pay $3.00 for extra cheese you would think you could see a visible difference from one that doesn’t have extra cheese on it. She said she was sorry that my perception was wrong. The cinnamon bread twists were gross, they were hard and crunchy not soft and fluffy and the dough was old, you can see the dough has started to dry out before they were baked, knowing this location it was probably old dough from the previous day. Do yourself a favor and don’t order from this location.
