If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This Domino’s at 2015 Garnet Ave managed to turn a simple garlic crust pizza into one of the most ridiculous customer service disasters I’ve ever seen. I ordered garlic crust. What I got was a crust so plain it could’ve come out of a hospital cafeteria. Not one speck of garlic. Not a flake. Not even the memory of garlic. When I called the store, Manager Jeff doubled down and insisted it had garlic. I’m not sure what universe he was looking at, but it definitely wasn’t the pizza sitting in front of me. Instead of fixing their mistake or offering a refund like any halfway competent business, he offered me a garlic dipping sauce. A dipping sauce. To replace a whole crust I paid extra for. That’s like forgetting someone’s burger and offering them a ketchup packet. This place doesn’t just make mistakes — they deny reality, refuse responsibility, and treat customers like they won’t notice. The bar is low for fast food, but somehow this store managed to limbo under it. If you enjoy wrong orders, gaslighting, and being offered condiments as compensation, this is your spot. If you prefer getting what you actually paid for, avoid this location like it’s an unbaked doughball.

They lied about the price said 7.99 but charged 9.99 times three.i said can I have Parmesan cheese.yes he said never told me it's a 2.00 charge. 5.00 delivery.and was charged 5.99 I asked for forks or spoons napkins 2 plates. Didn't get any had to eat with hands. Chicken Alfredo it had. More dry noodles 4 tiny chicken equals 1 teaspoon.i called they hung up on me when I said I was charged to.much 10.00 tip never came back. Hung up on me again. Finally he said he will give me a coupon for 17.00 but has to be used there. I'm not from here I live in del mar. He was rude hung up.

The pizza is consistently decent and the delivery is usually quick, which is a big plus. However, I’ve had a couple of occasions where my order was missing sides or arrived cold. Overall, it’s a reliable option when I’m craving a late-night slice.

The guy working the back making pizza was great! He made my pizza really top quality, and great service.. will be back !

Yesterday when we got home from our day of being out in the sun. Us friends said let’s order pizza. We live a block away we’re off Felspar st. While the delivery driver hands the order over and asks where is his tip… my friend said it’s in the app he said no it’s not and stood there and waited so we grab a 5 for a tip for literally a block over…. Worst delivery driver. The pizza was over cooked and the crust was so hard. No care at all! This is the worst dominos location and needs to be shut down. We will be going to Pizza guys who is two stores over from you! Quality is better the service at pizza guys is amazing and nice people. Dominos go ahead and pack up and shut down already
