I came here on 7/27/25, and usually the pizza is always good!! Nice and fresh, but this time, it was crap. I made my order online and put extra alfredo sauce and extra cheese. Which i got neither of.. the pizza was so dry and flat (you would think I ordered a thin crust, lol). I also got there early and waited 5 minutes before my pizza was ready. So it wasn't just sitting there waiting to be picked up. Hopefully, next time is better!

Delivery and customer service need improvement. The delivery driver arrived but never confirmed in person who the order was being delivered to. When we called to report the issue, we were told the order would be re-delivered. However, it has now been over an hour and we’re still waiting, which makes it feel like we were just given false assurances. We hope this can be addressed so future customers have a better experience.

the timing for pickup was perfect even considering it was a holiday (NYE). They were friendly and welcoming, despite how busy their store was. The pizza and breadsticks were delicious and literally steaming as I walked to my car haha. Overall great store and people working there. Thank you for being open and taking orders on New Year’s Eve!

The worst manager ever. I order a pizza for my kids while I’m at work and I clearly left on the comments like always to please call me when they arrive so I could send my kids out for it, the order was paid. An hour and a half past and I didn’t get a notification on my ring camera so I called, besides the manager being rude she said they delivered the pizza yet my kids came out and nothing. The pizza was at the neighbors house and on the floor for over 30 minutes. The manager still has the audacity to click because she’s busy. Never again ordering from this dominos.

I've used this store for years and it has always been just okay. A few issues here and there no big deal. Over the last 6 months it's gotten so bad you can't even say they are serving food anymore. I've had pickups take over an hour to cook and delivery that never came. I've had missing toppings and I've been promised fake account credits. I've tried corporate but the store pushes back and says I'm lying I got my pizza when I'm standing in the store for 45 minutes waiting for a pick up. The worst though was when they lied and said they delivered my pizza and then 3 hours later brought me a cold undercooked pizza. Do Not Use this store.
