Only reason I did not give a full 5 starz is because I noticed that when I order a create Your Own pizza they skimp on the toppings. Barely any toppings 3 times I orderd build your own pizza. Although one time I ordered a specialty pizza and that one was packed with ingredients.

Ordered on the app at 8:21 pm. Pizza didn't get delivered till 10:18 pm. According to the tracker it sat in "checking quality" from 9:04 pm till 9:53 pm. Almost 2 hours for the delivery and it wasnt even right or cut. Thats real bad customer service. Hopefully if you have to order it I would choose a different store. You may have to snack before your pizza gets to you. I tried to reach out via customer service AND calling the store to get help and I got AI and offered 20% of my next order. That doesn't cut it. Never again dominoes.

I went into dominoes Pizza on May 2 2026 around 9:30 PM to pick up a carry out. I had asked the guy at the front if I could please Have peppers and ranch. The guy said that yes, but it would be an additional cost which I totally . He told me he was gonna be a total of three dollars and I wanted to pay with my phone and he said unfortunately His Tap pay was down. And so I go to my car to try and get change Which was about three dollars I didn’t have it. The only thing I had was in my car at the time. I asked him if there’s any way that I could just have it and you said no that I couldn’t. He denied me a ranch and peppers. I completely understand that people have to pay for that now, but what broke me was that ranch and peppers was for my Children Who are seven and eight years old . I asked him if there’s anyway I could just have one and he said no. I completely understand that company have I’m trying to talk on the policies. I understand that some people can’t give stuff for free, but this is a perfect example of when people should go above and beyond I was denied never got the ranch or peppers . I actually had to walk over to Popeyes who they actually gave me it for free. The girl who I think has purple hair or green hair I don’t know if it’s a guy or a girl, but she told me that she couldn’t give it to me either. This is really sad that I couldn’t get the ranch or peppers Who really went for me for my children. But I guarantee you if their family members came in to ask for the same thing they would give it to them without a heart beat. You can check the cameras and I never received anything in my hands at all never did they go above and beyond for me. I have ordered a Domino’s for such a long time and never been treated like that . It makes me more sad that I felt like I was denied something so little and so simple And it’s the thought that counts, but neither of them decided to give me one so I had to go take a different route.

I really don’t know why they take so long like forever to make it on Sundays night. Terrible decision ordering at this point. Stay away from them. The girl who answers the phone is extremely rude. She makes us feel we are begging for free food (it’s not the case).

Great service!! Taste is good , they make pizzas with passion not as work!! Tastes too good🤩🤩
