This Domino’s does not abide by corporate policy to leave your order at the door if you check “Leave it at the door” in the app. Even if you precisely tell the manager and driver where to leave the order, they do not listen. They will ring your doorbell and call you incessantly late at night, and then verbally abuse you for not tolerating their mistakes. I spoke to the manager and multiple drivers about this, and they acted like they did not understand the concept of following instructions. I suspect they know precisely what they are doing, and have ulterior motives, like getting to pocket the delivery fee and food. I have never been mistreated like this by other Domino’s locations. Other customers share the same experience. The other location north of the lake is wonderful, but since I moved 2 blocks south, I am unable to receive deliveries from them. I am switching to Papa John’s. If you are OK with malpractice and verbal abuse then by all means continue using this inferior location until it is shut down by Corporate. The food is also saltier than legitimate Domino’s locations, like the one north of the lake.

The Manager is a poor representation of Domino’s. The service is horrible. The food is horrible. I have attached a picture. No one can guess what I ordered. Clearly they’re stealing the ingredients, because they are not putting them on the pizzas. I will not be a repeat customer. They only get one time to screw me over. Because of this place, I will read reviews before I order from any restaurant. This location is the worst.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I regret not reading the reviews before placing my order, as my experience was consistent with many others. The staff was rude and extremely unprofessional. I pre-ordered a pizza at approximately 2:30 PM for a 4:00 PM delivery for a work event. The order did not arrive until 5:35 PM. I called multiple times between 3:50 PM—when I was told the pizza was finally put in the oven—and 5:35 PM. During these calls, staff refused to provide the driver’s location and repeatedly stated the order was “on the way,” despite the app showing the driver had not yet left the store. When the pizza finally arrived, it was extremely cold. To make matters worse, the store refused to issue a refund. This was a very disappointing experience, especially for a work-related order, and I will not be ordering from this location again.

0/10 . Customer service is trash . They told me they couldn’t deliver my pizza to my apartment because of whatever. I have 3 kids , how am I suppose to carry my kids downstairs plus carry 2 pizzas . Very inconsiderate and I will never recommend dominoes again

Terrible customer service. I ordered for delivery..when my order didn’t show I called to ask what happened. The woman on the phone was extremely rude claiming I didn’t answer my phone. When my food finally got here it was ice cold and they forgot several things. Never again
