PEOPLE ALWAYS CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS IF YOU USED IT AT THIS LONG BEACH DOMINOS. On 6/2/2026, I ordered the "50% off MENU PRICED Deal" available on Domino's App, from 4227 Atlantic Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90807. I or my wife always pay with a credit card at pickup. All stores have a printed receipt ready. Our amount was $13.26. The guy repeated the amount before charging, but this store does not indicate the amount on the credit card POS terminal. We never check our credit card statements line by line, but my wife just happened to notice the worker had charged us $26.52. This is FRAUD plain and simple. SAY ONE AMOUNT, DO NOT SHOW THE AMOUNT WE ARE CHARGED AT POS and do not provide a final receipt. Can you investigate, and MAKE not a "dog and pony kind of investigation" either. I can already speculate they are going to say it was a simple mistake. Luckily I found the receipt the guy was eager to dispose. Plz email me results of your investigation because I might notify the FTC or whoever who regulates these kinds of commerce

Some days the service is better than others. There is a woman who works at the counter I think Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and if I remember correctly her name is Ardell she is great! The other workers are okay but I really preferred going there on the days she was working

Too many bad reviews I wouldn’t waste my time and go here change my mind never never never go here. no way spend money and get cold pizza and pizza tossed on the ground by delivery driver and a manager yelled at me. There’s no way in the world that can happen.

Thank you for going above and beyond Juan. Please give this man a raise. He waited for a long time while I get in touch with my loved ones to open the gate for him and finally complete the delivery.

First of all, to the owner of this Domino’s Pizza store #4227. Understand that there were multiple bad and or unprofessional incidents before this one but a change has to be made. I placed an order online in which I was informed by email would take 31-41 minutes. After well over an hour I called to check on the order and I was put on hold mid sentence, after which the manager got on the phone and was EXTREMELY rude. 19 minutes later the pizza arrives and the delivery guy rings the doorbell and literally tosses the pizza on the porch. I not only heard the pizza slam to the ground but I saw him do it because I was sitting at the window waiting on the delivery since it had taken so long. The pizza was cold and scrambled looking so I took it back to the store which completely defeated the purpose of paying extra for delivery. The whole incident was a huge inconvenience!
