I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with no Parmesan or garlic crust seasoning, and a NY style pizza. There’s clearly Parmesan and garlic seasoning on the stuffed crust pizza and the NY style pizza was made poorly. I called to make a complaint and the first women I spoke to stated I was her first order of the day and she made it perfectly and claimed she took pictures.. why was there a need to take pictures of an order made? And I also took pictures.

When I placed my order I was informed my order would be ready in 30 minutes. I Headed to pick up food at the 25 minute mark to be in time for pick up. Arrived to the restaurant and the board showed it was ready in 1-5 minutes. I thought to myself, perfect timing. 15 minutes later nothing ready. I asked the prep guy how much longer. To which he answers your order is next. The longer I’m here talking to you, the longer your food will take to be ready. All in all, over 1 hour for my pizza when I was informed it would be ready in 30 minutes. I’m livid!!! Complete Bullshit

Not a good behaviour and not understanding customers orders, not helping . We ordered veggie pizza and on the menu I just ask him for about the Extravaganza pizza 🍕, he didn't understand and ordered it. We didn't notice when we paid, after the pizza came then we saw two pizzas, we didn't say anything to the guy who booked the order but when we opened the box at home the one was non veg pizza without cutting slices (you can see in the picture). Not enjoyed 😤😞

Sometimes, it's hard to get through to a person on the phone at this location. The phone rings and hangs up and you have to try again. The pizzas we have ordered are consistently good. However, the last time we ordered, we received a grilled chicken pizza with mushrooms instead of the tomatoes we had ordered. It was good, but not the combination we wanted.

I only go to this location because it’s 10 minutes from my house. I ordered on the app. It said it was ready. I went to pick it up and I still had to wait an extra 15 minutes for them to bring it out. And of course everything is overcooked! Even the bread bites are overcooked and hardly have any parmesan on them! I’d rather pay an extra $30 to go somewhere else to have my stuff cooked properly and ready when the app says it is. The pizza even smells burnt!
