I love Domino's pizza 🍕 so I hate having to write this review. Driver Luis came within the estimated 35-40 minute time frame as the online tracker estimated when we live literally 6 minutes away. I'm not complaining so much about that, figuring he had other deliveries. Not a huge deal. Just wished the closest customer to the store was delivered first. The 3 medium sized pizzas were an awesome deal and were fresh and hot! Unfortunately, as you can see the larger pizza was messed up from the other boxes crushing it. Remember when they had those plastic white inserts that looked like a cute little tables? If they would of used those this could if been prevented. I did call the store to raise awareness and he offered to replace it. So nice of them! Thank you for trying to make it right ✅️ I did decline since I didn't want to be a Karen and make things difficult. I just wanted to make a suggestion so this don't happen to anyone else's pizza. Thank you Domino's 😊 🙏

I am currently recovering from surgery and having to be in a "skilled nursing facility" to aid in recovery. Needless to say the food here is marginal at best so I order pizza when I am down or just hungry. I ordered some food and they did not have the drinks I ordered but offered a good upgrade to offset ths issue. Bad part was I asked to place the drinks in a bag. The manager called to let me know about the drinks and ASSURED me the drinks would be bagged as I have some serious mobility issues. Drinks arrived without the bags the manager promised. The driver, Rodney, per the app obviously saw the issue I was going to have to carry the food and drinks. Rodney even offered to assist me to carry the food back to my room. I declined the offer but offered my thanks for even making the effort. About 7 minutes later I noticed Rodney had returned. it would appear this person actually went to a near by store to get the bags so that I could carry my order back to my room. TBH excellent customer service even after turning down that extra effort, that effort was still made. RODNEY IF YOU READ THIS I EVEN SENT A NOTE TO CORPERATE EXPRESSING MY THANKS!!! Right on dude and thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dropped in and ordered a pizza 🍕 pasta & wings came out to 42$ not super crazy , wait wasn’t to long being that they were busy with online orders and pickups 🛻. Waited 15mins pizza 🍕 seamed fresh it was a 7/10 ⭐️✅ pasta 🍝 was honestly not to great . 3/10 wings were Really good 👍I love how they have a order tracker in the lobby . Downsides are that the lobby could’ve been a bit cleaner food was on the floor , customer service was okay . No greeting when walking in .

Perla is very rude first she said no to cash, which is fine but then i asked for napkins with my order she said you wanna buy them i told her no and i said you guys usually give some napkins with the order to which she just said have a good night

It was a strange experience. The app said my order was ready. So I went in to get it. Asked the employee if the pizza was ready for "my name". She said for who? I repeated my name my she said "Not for so and so"? I said no for "my name". She said again. Is it for "so and so"? I said no just the name I told you it was for. She looked and said it's not ready. She was pretty rude. So I waited. Saw them put a pizza on the rack so I went to the counter. Employees walked right past me like twice. The guy who put the pizza on the rack was just looking at me. After a couple of minutes some employee that was standing just out of sight came around the corner and asked what I needed. I told him. He goes to the rack and grabs a pizza that was on the rack when I asked the first person. The bad service seemed pretty intentional. I said thank you. He ignored me. Pizza was ok but I won't go to this location again. That was just extremely rude overall.
