Placed order at 8:36pm.. order showed marked as delivery at 9:09pm Lie! This post was at 10:32PM and still no delivery. Drove to the store and was told they can’t do anything about it and said my order is on the way and the delivery guy is backed up. That was 50 min ago! Staff is running around doing register and making pizzas. So unsanitary and guess what all phones are disconnected that is a reason why your call can’t go through. 2 other customers were behind me when I mentioned my delivery never arrived and guess what they were having the same issue. With one customer still on the line trying to call the store his phone said he was in line for 40 minutes. This is ridiculous no refund option or pizza delivered. I will give it 0 stars yet better -5 stars Update 4/30 No response via email from dominos. Went to store to speak to manager and said my refund should arrive within a day or so . No refund yet!

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Domino’s Pizza. The employee who answered my call, named Angle, placed my order incorrectly, and when the pizza arrived it was completely burnt and inedible. When I called back to explain the issue, instead of helping or taking responsibility, he denied everything and refused to resolve the problem. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of customer service and accountability was unacceptable. I wasted my money and time, and the way the situation was handled made it even worse. Very poor experience overall.

Quick, tasty, and reasonably priced! Pizzas were ready before i could get to the store. The team member was friendly and helpful. We had a pepperoni pizza, a ham & pineapple pizza, and the brownie cookie dessert. We polished off the pizzas super fast and everyone agreed it tasted better than our Canadian Domino's version. The brownie was pretty good too. And with today's deal it was only $26 incl tax. Pretty good!

Ordered 1 hour and 15 mins ahead of future delivery time Didn’t arrive at scheduled time, was 30 mins late of scheduled delivery time and the reason was the new 20% deal was just released and that south harbor blvd is busy. I was sat outside of the hotel on that street and it was not busy at all

Ordered through the app, tracker said David prepared the order and it arrived for in person delivery from Alma. That is a lie. No option to get refund on app. No one would answer the phone from three different phones, half hour waiting. Took our money and did not deliver or answer when called about the issue. Scam!
